How do I pay for shipping?
Recharge your MultiTransitEdge prepaid wallet. The applicable courier charge is deducted when your shipment is successfully booked.
Are my shipping charges included in the Shopify invoice?
No. Courier and logistics payments are handled directly by MultiTransitEdge through your prepaid wallet and are separate from Shopify's platform and app billing invoices.
How can I find my exact shipping rate?
Sign in to your MultiTransitEdge account, enter the required shipment details and review the available courier rates before booking. Rates vary according to your applicable pricing and shipment requirements.
What if my wallet balance is insufficient?
You will need sufficient wallet funds to complete a chargeable shipment booking. Recharge your wallet through the payment methods offered in your MTE account.
Can there be additional charges after booking?
Depending on the service terms, verified weight discrepancies, returns, COD services and other applicable courier surcharges can result in adjustments. Review your merchant rate card and service terms for details.
What happens if I cancel a shipment or request a wallet refund?
Cancellation adjustments, refunds and available wallet-balance treatment are governed by your applicable MultiTransitEdge service and wallet terms. Contact MultiTransitEdge support for assistance with a specific transaction.
Where can I see my wallet transactions?
Use the wallet and transaction records available through your MultiTransitEdge merchant dashboard to review balances, shipping deductions and applicable adjustments.
Which Shopify stores are supported?
The integration is designed for eligible Shopify stores configured for India and shipping to destinations within India, subject to courier coverage and merchant account requirements.

MultiTransitEdge's Shopify integration is free to install. No recurring app subscription fee is charged for MTE-B2C-Shipping. Courier and logistics services are chargeable separately and are funded through a MultiTransitEdge prepaid wallet.
Shipping charges depend on courier selection, shipping zones, actual or volumetric chargeable weight, package details, shipment type and applicable charges. The amount for a successfully booked shipment is deducted from the merchant's MTE wallet; subsequent verified adjustments may apply under the merchant's service terms.
Wallet recharges and logistics charges are collected directly by MultiTransitEdge and do not appear as Shopify app subscription charges. External billing for this integration is subject to Shopify's applicable billing rules and exemption approval.
