Agreement Overview

This Merchant Agreement governs the use of MultiTransitEdge services by merchants, sellers, and business partners onboarded on or after 29 May 2024. By registering with MultiTransitEdge, you agree to comply with all platform policies, operational standards, payment terms, and shipping compliance requirements.

Merchant Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, pickup, and KYC information.
• Ensure all shipments comply with Indian laws and prohibited goods policies.
• Maintain packaging quality standards for safe transit.
• Pay all applicable logistics, warehousing, RTO, and platform charges on time.
• Avoid fraudulent orders, false declarations, or prohibited shipments.

Operational Compliance

• Merchants must follow SLA timelines for order dispatch.
• Weight discrepancies may result in additional billing.
• Repeated delivery failures may lead to account review.
• MultiTransitEdge reserves rights to suspend accounts violating policy.
