Terms of Service
1. Account Terms
- You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
- You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. MultiTransitEdge cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
- You may not use the MultiTransitEdge service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) as well as the laws of India.
- You are responsible for all activity and content (data, graphics, photos, links) that is uploaded under your MultiTransitEdge account.
- You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
- A breach or violation of any of the Account Terms as determined in the sole discretion of MultiTransitEdge will result in an immediate termination of your services.
2. General Conditions
- You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy before you may become a member of MultiTransitEdge.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory.
- MultiTransitEdge does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- MultiTransitEdge does not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
- Content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and may be modified to conform to technical requirements.
- We may remove Content and Accounts that violate our terms, contain unlawful material, or are deemed objectionable.
- MultiTransitEdge is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
- Technical support is provided only to paying account holders via email, phone, or ticketing system.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission from MultiTransitEdge.
- Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats) directed at MultiTransitEdge staff or users will result in immediate termination.
3. Payment of Fees
- Different payment term options are available (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly) as per the agreement with MultiTransitEdge.
- Payments must be made within 7 days from the invoice date to avoid service termination.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- MultiTransitEdge does not provide refunds.
4. Cancellation & Termination
- Account cancellation results in immediate deletion of all content.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate MultiTransitEdge services at any time, without notice.
- Fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Modifications to Service & Pricing
- Prices for MultiTransitEdge services are subject to change with 14 days' notice.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
- MultiTransitEdge shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
6. Restricted Products & Services
- Users may not trade in items restricted or prohibited by law.
- Banned items include:
- Securities (shares, bonds, financial instruments).
- Living or preserved animals and wildlife products.
- Weapons, drugs, tobacco, alcohol, narcotics.
- Religious artifacts that may offend religious sentiments.
- Antiquities and art treasures without legal clearance.
- Used SIM cards.
